5m Penalty sock football is about whether a player can kick 3 goals of rolled up pair of socks perfectly.
To set it up, player must place chair as a "goal posts"on one end and stand 5 meters from it with their 3x of rolled up pair of socks. Player is than to try kicked their sock ball into the goals as fast as they can.
This is a timed based game.
3x Rolled up Pair of socks
1x chair
You must wear your BB Sport T-Shirt or Polo Shirt.
1x Video recording of kicking all 3x rolled up socks into the goal.
The Boys' Brigade Officers will review final recording.
